friends i got a 3220 set which was water dameged. i have cleaned the board & gave heat to entire board . the set gose on but uem ic heats up automatically . but the phone works ok.Is there any thing to worried about. Sugessions required

i face same problem in 6030, in which uem goes very hot,i change upp its all ok.

brth i think that there may be oxidized under uem so first reballl uem and then change it....

hi mate....maybe it will not last because your UPP up after you reheat...especially if it fall...the best thing is remove the UPP and clean it then reball...
