6230 - Phone Restricted after 1/2 hour - GSM-Forum

Really mad phone
i have tried almost everythink in SW.
10 times flashed , 10 times unlocked, PM writed - situation is the same.
After half hour good work phone shows "Phone Restricted"
So that`s mean autolock periodically.
This is not by operator, i am sure.

this must be HW - but where -UPP, or Flash or RAM?

that is a UPP , too UEME trouble xexexe , go go :-)

First - try to repeat SW reviving - clean phone - revrite again with all - MCU, CNT, PPM, PM, set default lock data and read now PM. Leave phone to work until "restricted" state appear again and read PM again - compare what was happened - there arround exist PM description - so you can use it to see where is a problem.

And on fast look - there look like memory cant hold the data writed ? or there some ID-s are changed after hour of using ?...

Than reball UEM.
Flash+Pm
Unlock
And post rezults
