Nokia 3230 missing part - GSM-Forum

I accidentally lost one of the Grounding Clip on the C Cover Assy of my 3230.

And the keypad wasn't light up, too.

what can I do to fix this?
And is it the missing grounding clip causing the keypad problem??

Also I don't know how to test the leds?
