Nokia 3230 phone book - GSM-Forum

I have the Nokia 3230 and today when i go to see my phone book the screen was blank. The down left mesage on screen command "Select" has disapeer,
and nobody from my contacts has displayed. When i have a call the phone display the calling name.
Please if you have a solution for this problem tell me what to do.

frnd format ur set {*,call,on/off and 3}.

I do it but i think that after is posible to loose all my contacts from phone book. That is correct ?

Re program the phone or FLASH the phone..

This is my last solution to do because so i will lost all my contacts

backup your phonebook using Phoenix with GTI
you can restore them later after you solve your problem.

I take a backup to a TIM store where make transfer to a other 3230
