Nokia 3250 broken LCD infos

Hello .
I have just discovered that nokia 3250 is a very fragile phone (maybe to fragile for me ) . Yesterday night I have managed to crack my LCD screen I have some questions :
1. Do I need to have the exact same tools and gear as in that disassembly tutorial video ;
2.Can other parts be damaged besides the LCD ? I have to mention that I hadn't hit it hard , just a little bit but I think it is a very sensitive part .
3.Where can I order a new LCD . I need a safe source .
4.In that video tutorial they said I had to replace the front screen cover when I remove it even though it has no damage at all . Do I really need to do that ?
5.How can the LCD itself be broken but the part that supposed to "protect" the screen has no scratches ?

1.yes of course you need that tools..

2.yes it might be... but the casing of 3250 is bit hard than other casing..... so it means that its more protected..

3.better search on that thing...

4.. nope!!! not necessesarily...... its ok even if you dont want to replace it...

5. pressure.... you hit the weak area of lcd...

Ok . Thanks for your advice . I guess I will have to give it to a nokia center or something like that . Have you looked at the picture ? I can say it's a theme ) . From what I saw in the tutorial in the back of the screen it has an aluminium "wall" and I think nothing else got broken . It was a little preasure and crack ...
