3410 battery ok and connectors ok but will not power despite serviceing board

just flash it remeber 3410 dont read on most softwares it writes only try & c man

first solder the 2.8v ....if it dosent work the make a jumper with a thin wire from the 2.8v to the power switch ........and ....ur 10000% sure have a working phone..
