how to handle this problem,i mean my nokia 3310 has displayed 'contact service' while i switch on the handphone.

Please help me. Thank you

IST TRY TO ERASE FLASH THEN REFLASH WITH GOOD PM .AND IMP IS REBUILD IMEI .IF PROBLEM PERSIST THEN REBALL COBBA IC UR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE

how to erase flash? sorry coz i'm a beginner for this thing,juz want to learn something becauze i sent it to the shop,but they say it could not be repaired..

check in ufs if cobba serial is 0000000000 if like that change cobba ic if ok reflash your pmm

you need to have ufs3 for this. connect the mobile to the ufs box, select the model in dct3 column. flash mcu and ppm. then init simlocks and full factory defaults. Display will show 'insert sim card'. Remove the handset from the box connection. Check with the battery it will be ok.

bro do you hav an eeprom tools try to detect ur phone in it if it says cooba parralel then its cobba its either you rehot, reball or replace the cobba.... or reprogram it.....

1st try to write pmm (if not work)
2nd re work/re hot cobba.....


befor you do any thing.. use jaf box and use the self test boton to identify what is wrong.


errom failed= write pmm
cobba failed= cobba rehot/replace

Resold cobba then flashed it,if phone shown insert sim card then appear contact service thats an software prob. If phone direct shown contact service when start phone it was hardware prob.

3310 contact service solution: flash with UFS3 MCU+PPM+PMM then Full UI setting, if network problem then rebuild IMEI
