Member: 277297 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Nokia 3310 CPU Reball While heating up the board of Nokia 3310, certain solder material came out from below the MAD. The plastic like material between the MAD and the board had melted and it is required to be removed. After removing it, there is chances that the pins of MAD will get shorted while refixing it on the board. Can anyone please tell me how to rework the MAD. Thanks. |
