NOKIA 3310 Dead - GSM-Forum

Hi all guys,
I want to ask you that i am in a very strange problem, I have a nokia 3310. which is dead. I have changed the CCONT, even the CCONT values are ok. Changed the 26MHz Crystal Oscilator, Hagar, Flash ic but the problem is still stand. When i check the phone by digital power supply, the phone doesn't take the pulse. and also at the capacitor (C240) no voltages. What is it? plz help me.
