if R224 no voltage, then check R221 VBB and R222 VREF ,or check all VB supply first !

NOKIA 3310 Dead

Hi MR. Willy,
I want to know that what are the (VREF) & (VBB)? Are these voltages of power supply? If these are voltages then i have checked at R221 & R222, but there are no voltages. and i have checked the vb supply for example, i have checked the volts at C227 and C228, the volts are ok. and all ok but not just at R224.
In this situation plz tell me that what do i do?
plz help me
thanks bye.
