Nokia 3310 Not Charging Msg - GSM-Forum

Hi There,

Any idea, "Not Charging msg" when charger is connected, Check and replace following ( X203,R221,R222,R200,R208,V205 even chargin IC N200) But still "not Charging message" on 2 units same problem.

did you reset phone?
sometimes this happend - with NiMH battery it is working fine, with LiON battery write "not charging".
Try reset phone with KOCI or PClocal.
Reason should be CCONT too.

Yes, i can confirm that - i had few 3310 with old SW versions that wont charge Li-ion, just NiMH.

Yes, its right.
I try everythink with that 3310, but stil not charging Liions battery....I work 2 days with this phone...and I try to reset phone and voalaaa phone works 100% :-) ...after 10 seconds...

or CHAPS, CCONT

Hi All, Thanks a lot for replying. Great 100% working after reseting the phone say that I have spent hrs on this 2 phone to find out the cause of this fault.....
