Nokia 3310 does not have UEM and does not require rpl!!!!!!!

Change flash/eeprom ic with another rewrite iemi number using rolis 1.8 and set faid.reset all locks and full factory...Should work 1000000%

denis_dd 3310 is not DCT4 you don't need to make rpl file, only use simple rolis or knock.

There was 75% software problem Reflash it with the same version !!!, because IMEI and data in 3310/82xx protected in Flash IC. if your phone data and IMEI was lost, the phone will shown CONTACT SERVICE, so you need to refresh the data within upgrade the new data. so you need to reflash with the same version, in Nokia phones (DCT 3) if IMEI=0000000 and you reflash the phone with other version, the phone still shown CS.
