Angry NOKIA 3330 Display Strange Problem!!!!

Hello.
I have a very strange problem with 2 3330 phones display.
When I turn it on, it does the pixel test and then just frizes with no image and the lights on.
I'v tried upgrade, downgrade, virgin eeprom, cleaning and heating the board, but still nothing.
When turned of, it charges normally.
Any solution for this?
Thanx in advance!

Sorry.. didnt read all of it If it chargers it means your CPU is OK as charging when off, the phone is actually turned on but "acting off". There are other ways to start the phone, if you put a certain resistance across the battery contacts the phone will switch on by itself
