n93 fake charging - GSM-Forum

Hi all i really need ur help guys i have nikia new n93 when i put i n charge i can see charging battery bar gose up and downe. i leave all night cahge butt battery not charging battery gone to falte plz anyone knows what to do?

you will need to buy a new battery

the battery is dead, thats why is wont charge if to try to do to too much you will damange the phone

no mate i alredy replaced new battery befor but same so i heated the charging IC which is very small and near fuse if u heated n u cant solve u have to replace ht IC

It seems to be common problem whith new phones, same here, tried to replace that small ic, its diode but nothing, with new battery stil same. Any other solution?

Change the IC called TAHVO

I am sorry: Made a mistake. In N93 this IC is called BETTY. Look picture:

In older BB5 models this IC is called TAHVO
