Question Nokia 3500c Local Mode when power on

HI,
Nokia 3500 classic is in local mode when I power on with battery
when connected to flashing cable phone gets ON automaticaly in normel mode
but not with battery
but when check its 1st boot error.
any sure idea is welcome

First flash it with latest version if not then,,,,,
change battery jack and use original battery

I found the solution
just remove the resistance

it is not dct4 like you telling him to do and another thing you replied without understand what he already told , 1st boot error mean can not boot

@ deepak

try to reflow or reball retu IC , if not solved then try to change RETU also
