look near the charging area of the phone... a little component with "k" on it.

either replace or solder the two points togather..

check zener diode, look for leak, remove this diode and fix problem

try another battery! (use original charger acp7/8/12)
check btemp line(from battery connector)

except fuse , zenner diode and a capacitor charging is done/controlled by UEM ! so is better one of this 3 parts to be defective than UEM
