Insert SIM repair by change battery - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I found new solution for repair insert sim tested on 1100, 2300, 1110, 1112, 6030 etc. I check IC but it ok than check SIM jack & clip but all is ok but still insert sim so I just change battery

than insert sim problem solved. I don't know reason but it really work. so try and post your comments and why it work?.

it is due to bsi point.

yes if there's bad contcat on bsi pin result in insert sim the soulution is change battey conector but sometimes the problem is the bsi pin on the battey itself soulution change battery

by gsm deals ,he is right.

yes it is possible to solve that type of problem some times it is due to board connecter some times is due to batter bsi pin itself. how can we solve it, is it ic problem or bsi problem?
1.if it is sim ic problem then insert sim appears quickly.
2. if it is bsi then it take little bit time to show insert sim.

yaa its due to the middle point of the battry connector

if the battry wont touch the middle point of battry connector

so it shows insert sim

so 1st solution is clean battry contacts

2nd take out the middle point of battry connector with the plucker

Thanks for good info but I see some mobiles which not have middle battery connector but work fine how? I tested problem mobile battery on other and it work but when I return battery again insert sim only gone insert sim after replace battery. may be you will explain more. Thanks in advance.
