tested... i solved this problem by removing c2700 and c2214.

HEY GUYS , IM JUST TESTED IT. JUST REMOVER VSIM CAPACITOR. WORKING FINE NOW. MY PROBLEM WAS WITH SIM 1 TIME BLINKING SHOWING NOKIA LOGO THEN OFF.
