Nokia 5030c hanging and autoshutdown - GSM-Forum

A customer brought nokia 5030c radio ex saying it hang and shutdown and i tried flashing with different firmware version and with different box with good pm but the same problem and i even heat the cpu but the same problem,can anybody help me with hardware solution with picture indicating the track to run or change help me somebody.

clean charging jack.and flash with latest ver

First check whether hardware or software problem....

If WDT is on then on and shutdown will happen!!!

Post self test results!!!

I have rehot upp and service the phone but the same problem ,i have the same problem with nokia 2330 and 2680 and when i made jumper the problem was solved but for nokia 5030 i don't know the jumper please help me with hardware solution with picture on how to make the jumper to solve the problem.

BROTHER remove charging reglater ic (brown coluor) NEAR charging connector i hope solve ur problem best of luck post result
