We're about 1000 km away from the Philippines. If you have, say, 50 phones, that's just 20km per phone. If you want to unlock, there is a way.

DM3 is good to earn money with, but you have to put something from your side too. I hope that somebody from Philippines wakes up and starts to move things soon, before the opportunity is over and everybody goes to sleep again.
