first only flash with latest version if same then check it in hardware

first flash with latest version if ur problem is not ok then remove camera or change lcd. i think ur problem is solved..........

so the steps one after one

1. flash with latest version
2. remove camera
3. change keypad ic
4. remove mmc ic
5. remove bluetooth ic

try this one by one . after these still problem persists

heat the double ic
