Nokia 5130 showing following errors in UFS.. - GSM-Forum

Phone was dead...

I tried to flash it but didn't take..

Then I removed the UPPER IC of Double Decker IC, reballed it accurately and fixed it back properly...

Now on checking with UFS, the following errors was shown :

u need to reball complete double ic . both rap & flash ic.

check cable 1st and than try to bus check on other device.

Could anybody post the video demo of removing lower part Double Decker IC in Nokia 5130?

I have already tried with 2 sets but board print came outside and damaged permanently.

So, need an expert video of DOUBLE DECKER IC REMOVAL.

don't do it again if u see the video too so than u cant do this and u will do wring again first do some practice on dead boards and then check and it will solve through the bt ic not double Decker ic its his power issue and belongs to betty ic and power section close to battery terminal got he point and press thanks button

Try to press power while booting...if not work then its hardware problem

Is this Flash Chip Problem or Betty IC problem ?

upper ic is flash & lower ic is RAP
CMT UNKID : 32 02FFFFFFFFC800
mostly flash ic problem but u need to reboll the lower ic RAP too.
