All this are not the perfect solution... everyone plz test first then post the solution........look after that thread I was facing a problem with nokia 7210c ( Only nokia logo then shutting down) and nothing could solve my problem but thanks to Nazmul hossain who found a perfect solution to write a self made rpl and my set solved 100%

1-- flash whit latesr virson
2-- remove camara prom mobile
3--change avilma ic
4--heat cpu

Not tested! This is for optional solution only. You cannot fixed thesame problem if the hardware is damaged.

DEAR ALL,,,,, I have come accross many such cases its not sure that its H/w or S/w but its a boot up failure problem, mostly on selftest it occours, so it could be any thing so first flash with latest version still same then sure its hardware and 90% hardware are major due to power ic betty processor and so on so take care while doing rework on pcb if u are lucky your phone could be ready

By the way I have repaired many 100% perfect but most were H/w
