nokia 5200 ?
 
when i " on" the phone ,there is only blank white screen appeared.
there is no normal screen.

what can i do ?

pls help me.

If You can make call or recive try to:
1 st change the LCD
if the same problem change the ic of the LCD

and if you can't make call ( you don't have permission ) try to flash it with the latest version

and post result

100% Flex Problem , Change Flex if after change lcd same problem.

pls help me.
If phone fall down it is possible flex cable disconnected on lcd(i had that on few 5200 and also 5300)so open phone and check is it properly connected.
If same try to replace flex.
