pls help nokia c5 only viverate - GSM-Forum

i have a nokia c5 rm-645
suddenlly it is off
then not power on
so i try with another battary but power not on'
so i try to cheak power on with power supply
in this time i only get viveration feel
i try to cheak it's with box.but i have no pinout
i use universal cable

so pls share idea.with pinout c5 rm-645

just reball flash ic....
if still same reball both(cpu & flash ic)
as we called burger ic....

more then 30pcs i have done.......
