Member: 1444721 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Nokia 5230 USB problem (recognizes as 5238) I have an Nokia 5230 from England (RM-588), but I live in Brazil and could not unlock it. I decided to update its firmware using NaviFirm, but I putting a firmware that recognizes the phone as a Nokia 5238. (this model exists?  )After that, the USB it never worked, the computer does not recognize the cell phone and no program (JAF, NSU) can recognize. What can I do?  Thanks. |

Member: 1337076 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | I have the same problem Yes the phone stil working,but all windows os version see the phone like model 5238, and when i push the *#0000# is write like this : Software version V 21.9.105 Software version date 26-11-2010, custom version 21.9.105.547.01 ,custom version date 01-12-2010,language set 25,model 5238 type rm-588. I do the same i download with the navifirm this firmware i write the firmware with jaf and now i kan`t do the downgrade to write for example any old firmware. Someone can help me!! ? when i do the downgrade with any old firmware version the phone dont start anymore,only with this firmare version stil working the pfhone. Pls Help me guys. |
