nokia 5233 only vibration after i heat haggar ic - GSM-Forum

hi friends ihave a 5233 nonetwork handset... i just heat network ic (haggar) .. after i heat that,when ipower on just viberate then no lcd light or keypad light orany sound , ireplace more haggar ic's but still same complaint ... i tried software but still problem, pls help any new jumper solutions or any new tip . i tried all jumper solutions which available in this forum ... pls help.....
