Scratch area where print is missing you will get very small point of track. (If not then only X-ray can help you)

Every time print removed coper dot with track remain in second layer.
Use stereo microscope to find it.
Like in 6300 coper dot is smaller than print that removed.

Bro Masterenok is right the problem at second EMIFilter Z2401,that removed print is null look in schematic,so check Z2401 if good if no replace or jump.
