Nokia 6100 Flash Erase problem - GSM-Forum

Phone boots and then as soon as the flash starts to erase it stops and says erasing error 10.

check cable first
it may be flash IC

check erasing adress and cable&battery connector.....regards

mayb your flash ic damage already ~~
try to change 1~~

Problem can be from:

- Cable connector
- Flash IC
- Fia flash

How to solve?
1. make sure cable is ok and connector is good
2. update Fia file
3. reheat flash ic with some of good flux
4. change flash IC if problem persist
5. good luck
