i have nokia 6233 with insert sim,after jumper sim ic same fault need help

Change the insert sim IC.

make sure that :
- battery BSI and the BSI pin are making good connection .

- The EMI_SIM (so-called SIm IC) u changed is good ...u may check that out easily by testing SIM HOLDER PINS
