Nokia 6280 Lcd Problem - GSM-Forum

Anybody Can Help Me Solve The Problem For Nokia 6280.my Problem The Lcd Not Display(blank) But Lcd Light And Keypad Light Ok.

I Try:
1.change Lcd
2.change Flat Cable
3.change Keypad Board
4.flash Latest Virsion

But

Still Same Problem,and

Anyone Can Show Me Which One Display Keypad Ic

Please Help....

watdou mean same as keypad ic,u mean in place of these ic,we use keypad filters also?plz correct if i m wrong?

hi
i got 6280 , black lcd , phone is working other then that.
i have this small black IC burned for some reason , i have removed it , still same problem , i have changed it from 6230 (same ic ? near mmc socket)
problem is the same.
is this my problem , or those other 2 glass IC's ?

Sorry for my curiousity this ic is N6050 LP3987ITLX-2.85-NOPB power supply for FM radio,why it will effect lcd as well?

no jumper for this IC , all jumpers i tested give me phone not turning on.
you can take this IC from 6230 near mmc glass ic you will see this black ic.
good luck.

dont forget to replace flat cable lcd and keypad to be sure none of those is bad before replacing this ic

i ve tried to change the IC littel crystal near the camera for the camera fault now i ve a blank screen on my 6280
please is it the fault
or mybe i ve overheated the board
where s the probleme

please my customer is angry help me
