Hello,

I have a couple of short questions because I'm a noob in this world

1. What's best: 1: First trying to replace the mic and see if this is the solution. Or 2: Directly remove the black thing as shown on the picture?
2. Then, do I've to do/ change something with the + and - or is this just for example?
3. What means that the + and - have to be connected to the 'ground'?

I really hope someone takes a few seconds to explain me.
