NOKIA 6310i - CAR KIT PROBLEM - IT SQUEALS!! - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone,
I have a few Nokia 6310i's here, All have the same problem.
When inserted in a car kit - they make high pitched squealing noises out of the car speakers.

I have tried other 6310i's in the car kit and they do not have the problem, so it is definately the phones.

Apart from this - the phones work fine!
Anyone heard of this problem before? And know how to fix!?

Please let me know!

Did you try to clean the external connector, it could be rusted and not connecting well that why it's giving this noise.

UPGRADE TO v7 AND IT MIGHT FIX YOUR PROBLEM

hi again everyone - thanks for your replies.

the phones are already running software v7, and the external connectors look perfect. the phones themselves look brand new.

any other ideas?!

you must open the phone and soldering conector becouse some pin dont have contact
