well iv flashed nokia 6500c with new version 6.61 with universal box.box flash mobile phone completely but unabel to unlock n set phone into normal mode......wat to do?plz help......

what was the original firmware on it. did you downgrade it or put the latest version. if you downgraded then you have to flash it back with original firmware or upgraded firmware.

iv upgraded the phone...........old version of phone is 3.21 n iv flashed it with v6.61

if still cannot u try full erase but must backup 1st...rpl and pm...den full flash...

how to erase it with universal box......whn i click on erase button thn box demand for a erase file.......whr to gt dat erase file?
