Nokia 6500c doesn't charge

Hi,

I have a Nokia 6500c (RM-265) with firmware version 9.45. For some reasons, it doesn't charge: neither with a charger, nor with a car charger, nor on the computer with a USB cable. I tried different batteries, same problem. As a matter of fact, the battery get drained out!
I was thinking about trying to rollback to an older firmware but I can't figure out how.
Any ideas, please?
Thanks

This isn't the problem. I have the same one, with same firmware version and i think that the problem is in PCB. My phone ony indicates charging, indipendent of charging method - 220V, 12V & USB. Did someone have this problem? If so, please help me how to solve it...

2 possibilities...

1- if phone powers up then your connector is damaged or battery is below threshold and needs to be on charge overnight.
2-if phone does not power up then perform a dead flash and will work.

its extremely rare that the pcb is damaged unless subjected to liquid or physical damage
