Nokia 6600 Key Malfunction


Hi
I have a Nokia 6600.This is my problem.

The key Ok and the one on the other side are not working.
THere seems to be some short circuit.
There seems to be hardware Fault.
Cos the software were reinstalled and it didn;t work.
What part would the Nokia people replace?
CAn i get some pic details

we have the same problem on my 6600, two keys are not working, ok or select keys.i flash the unit but it stop flashing at the middle..now its contact retailer..anybody could help ...ty

6600 key problem

you can replace key paid ic or heat. there is two key paid ic z140 & z142

My problem was solved by changing an EM or EMI Filter.

I had to pay around 7 US dollars.

this is hardwer problem replace ASIP 10-CH ESD EMI FILTER BGA25 near the soket of keyboard

I have Nokia 6600 and its answer key is not working properly, it works when i press it hard.
