You set the 'memory in use' for incoming messages to 'phone memory' and that is about 6mb. Set it to memory card and all will be fine.

menu>messaging>options>settings>other>memory in use>memory card

What is the size of that file you are recieving?

Dear, you didn't understand my solution. I am sure that your Memory Card has enough space on it. But that is not the problem. I think that you still are saving messages on the phone's intern memory and that is 6 mb. If you don't change that, you won't be able to recieve files bigger than 6mb.

By the way, you followed my instructions?
