Nokia 6670 Keypad Failure (crazy) - GSM-Forum

Hello,

i have a Nokia 6670 it was waterdamage. Know the phone works but the problem it if i press *,0,3, it shows 2, if i press # it shows *,if i press 6 it shows 5, if 9 it shows 8, if i press C it shows *. I have change the 2 small ICs in the near of the connector and reflow the CPU. But the nothing have change. This error have been with the old IC(EMMI Filter) too.

Please help this phone make me crazy.

try replacing the keypad board.. or better remove the keyboard terminal pins and clean it B.R.

Hello,

the connector is clean. I have change the PCB with Display for another mobile. Same problem.
