Nokia 6680 keypad problem - GSM-Forum

Hi!I have a 6680 and one month ago the 4,No and voice dialing key stoped working.I went to the Nokia Service Center and they told me that the phone has traces of oxide on the board and they have a policy to not repare phones with traces of oxide.I went to another service,they cleaned the phone and they put new keyboard drivers.The keys started to work but when i reboot the phone those keys dont't work anymore and i have to activate the camera once(it doesn't mater if is the front or back camera) to have the keys working.After i activate de camera once the keys work normaly.I think it is a software problem.I have the latest firmware version,i reinstalled the firmware with Nokia Software Updater,i did a hard reset with *#7370# and the problem persist.Anyone have an ideea what to do?

yes i have one 6681. up and down and call butten not working i change kypad ic it is ok

Is the 7610 monetor ic , work if I replace it with 6680 keybad ic???? if the answer yes please show me how by picther.
