my nokia 6700c is when i repait the network and when i finished repair the network i rereduire it there is a mass i don't know where is it

Hi, i have one nokia 6700c-1 before it came to me someone has reheated the ''IC'' because phone was power dead and now the problem is phone turn off during the call.Any solution for this will be much appreciated.

Reheating will only temporaly fix the problem, reball power ic.

1st check fuse
2nd just remove this IC no need of jumpers
