nokia 700 offs when connecting to network! Plz help - GSM-Forum

my nokia 700 goes off when connecting to network, if i remove the sim card and on the phone it will work normal, but if i put the simcard, the phone goes of while connecting to the network! I have reset,flash, and hard formated the phone but stil same fault! Plz help o

i have the same problem nokia 700 turns of when connect to network without sim it works fine
