nokia 701 restart on simcard without sim working perfect i tried to flash but not success problem remain same any solution for this urgent

nokia lumia 701 sim card
try cleaning the sim card connector it ..?
flexi cable or replace her sim card ..?
if it is still as before ..... check one by one sim component cardnya
in R2700... V2700 .... D2700... C2214.... R2702 and R2706
see the picture below (location of component position sim card)

I have same problem with my 701 and i change the Pearl IC but same problem without sim its work good and if i put the sim then its restart again and again.
Now any one tell me what is the solution of this.......?
