bro try rehot the cpu its done with me 3 times

7230 all keypadnot work ,digit ic change,softwareupdate,main ic reball, but same problem\

I have 7230 Keypad not working
only working power switch
i also Changed Keypad IC and Flex Cable
And removed the Camera swich
Any solution
