It is hardware problem JUST CHANG THE ''ZOCUS'' IC.
below the battrey conector problem willbe solve 100%.
i make in 3 pieces.i think this is commen problem in 7610.
just do it

Change the F12 Flash IC (K8S6415ETA) your phone will bcome 100% Working................ Tested

it will be the problem of boot ic near battry conector
try to reboel it
