I HAVE N 7610 CONTACT RETAILER . I ALREADY DONE FORMAT BUT SHOWS THIS ERROR MESSAGE ( User Area Format Failed
00000000: 00 24 00 C0 05 04 01 C2 ) .THEN I FLASHED PHONE WITH LATEST FIRMWARE BUT NO RESULT. THEN I REBALL BOTH FLASH IC'S RESULT SAME NO IMPROVEMT AT ALL.WHAT I DO NOW. IN SHORT I DONE ALOT ALREADY NOW I NEED UR GOOD SUGESSTIONS .

Find the reason of faulty by selftest then use the right way to repair it, for example if that's flash checksum failed then you can reflash it, there are too many reasons for contact retailer problem. post the selftest result then see what we can help for you.

i don't have a jaf i have only ufs3 and mt box. in my view it is flash ic problem .now i will take out from the dead set.

replace zucos ic (boot ic) ...all fine .....do post result....

IT IS 3 METOD

1 ereasing manualy 2 flash ic,but in ufs 3 window 3 adress

Fl0: 0x00000000-0x00FFFFFF,00ECDDFE,Sam K8S5615ETA
Fl1: 0x02000000-0x02FFFFFF,00ECEEFE,Sam K8S5615ETB
Fl2: 0x04000000-0x047FFFFF,00EC2250,Sam K8S6415ETB
reflash latest version
if not ok metod 2
2 change flash ic small k8s6415eta or b
reflash now
but if not ok
replace old small ic flash (own previus small flasl ic)

metod 3
change uem .flash now .write any rpl asic5
good luck

7610 Contact retailer try to flash and flash ok but still same try format but fail manually format ok but still same problem self test resuld external RAM failed and here is log of JAF. Plz give working solution ASAP. Waiting for your kind response.

Contact retailer is ofthen software problem. After flashing it does not do "format user area" job or do not complete "Factory default".... then format manualy..

steps for formating:

press 3 + *(star button)+ send button(green button) and powr on the phone..Hold on these three buttons until formatting starts....

100000000000000000000000000000% working...

if this does not working then hardware problem...

Note:First chek software do not hardware
