nokia 7610 steel phone start-up failed


hi guys i need solution for this nokia 7610 i have done him flash 10 times also erase flash but steel phone start-up failed contact the retailer
what can i do

try with format manually (ok+*+3)
if still same problem,check flash ic and uem ic just repaleced it

my dear brother i repaired it many times

rehot flash and ram ic if still the problem it is 100% uem change uem and write rpl it willbe ok dont forget first u must check imei

Many times, It was tested by me.....(Use 100w lamp For rehot 100% safe)

6670 contact retailer solution using the HWK

Its just the software faulty..
follow this step:-

1.make sure the phone is in local mode
2.set 'full factory default'
3.turn to normal mode
4.turn to local mode
5.do 'format user area'

Do it step by step.If failed,try again.i've done it many times.
