Member: 678649 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | 6670 contact retailer solution using the HWK Its just the software faulty.. follow this step:- 1.make sure the phone is in local mode 2.set 'full factory default' 3.turn to normal mode 4.turn to local mode 5.do 'format user area' Do it step by step.If failed,try again.i've done it many times. |
