Nokia 8210 / 8250 Reception Problem!! - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone,
I have a few 8210's and 8250's here all with the same problem. They all log on to the network and find reception no worries and hold it. But within 10 - 15 mins the phones will drop reception and it does not come back.

I have read through many threads, and many different users suggest many different parts are causing the problem!

Does anybody know the proper solution to this fault and what component has to be changed!

Please let me know!

OK.have a look carefully from yor phone, I mean to say observe simptoms.
1- if u on phone ,network comes and goes before leds get off, it means the problem is in cobba ic .reflow or change it and rebuild imei.
2- if u phone on ,network comes, and goes after led get soff ,it means that problem is in the pfo,change it .check its possitive supply also. If problem remains inform me ,I have encounter so many phones of this problem.
3-if network goes after 10 to 15 minuts ,remove antenna clean refix,reheat ccont ,yes ccont is also responsible for network.apply liquid paste on whole network section and heat.
