hello to alll
dear i had a nokia 8310 ..........they shows handfree without handfree.......i reball UPP & UEM .......& i also change L106 & L107.......pl any tell me wat i do........thanks

check line between uem to plugin or check volt control h/f

Check the bottom connector, the place where the earphones go, maybe it was splashed with water or something like that!!

sure that you are not in need to flash your phone , so dont waste your time ...change UEM and good luck ..................

Check L104 (Dual xear speacker coils) , also check R155 (100K)

just small inf for all the 8310 must put the handsfree connector evry time to test coz the handsfree normaly close if u remove the base(connector) it will give signal means the handsfree plug in

so u have to make sure that the connection internal of bord is ok?

Well now U have one of two , the path from R155 to the UEM , ( or U can bridge R155 "the socket end" , to coil L104 "the one related to the socket Sw".
Also check if one of the small capasitorsC102,C111,and C157 is shorted to the Grnd , also R159 , C161 ,and R165 too. They forms the pathway of the volt wich comes from the UEM to the " Xear +ve " pin , and returns to the UEM through a leef Sw in the socket wich is disconnectes when U plugs in the handfree jack.

Then the UEM comes ! clean it ,if U like doubleface on it , but I prefaire reflow or reballing is better.
By the way I forgot to ask did the headset speaker works ?

Once I got a problem like this and when I checked the pcb I found one pin turning and making contact on another pin on the LCD to pcb connector and when I put it right the problem solved. Check the LCD to PCB connector pins.

good .........if u heard from headset ....just connect the L104 with R155
but ur headset will not work when plug it
