Nokia 8800 Arte Gold Maybe Barred??

Ive got a gold arte 8800. Not sure what the problem is but it wont let you call out. Is it barred? Can anyone sort this? I used to be a member on vodatones years ago, dont know if anyone remembers that old site, pat-uk used to own it i think lol, but i remember a guy called Darren (Yeldar).. anyone know if he's still about??

hi meta,
if u can,t receive a call and can,t make a call then ur fone is 100% barred ..
ok if ur in uk try to put in virgin sim card and check is signals comes or not...if signal comes on and then dial 789 and make a call if ur fone is barred the it,ll show call rejected........
solution is u have to call vodafone customers service center and tell them ur prob, if its ur own fone and its on contract ......
