how to solve??

press and hold the menu key in inside keypad there u c see a option to exit the offline profile after that switch on the phone

when power on getting message > offline profile active on front display then phone goes off

hi brother just check magnetic under the frame connector if its not there
replace it that is the major problem of that set.
